Before starting your first supply the pharmacist will assess your scripts and speak to yourself to discuss dose times as the system is very flexible. The pharmacist can also review your medication to make sure that everything you are taking is correct.
Your medication and treatment time plan is entered into the computer and the robot produces the sachets unique to yourself.
The sachets are filled, labelled and sealed by the robot. To make sure this is correct they are double checked by the pharmacist.
The sachets are then rolled into your recyclable box and you will be given a collection or delivery day.
When the sachets are coming to an end we will check with your doctor that no changes have been made.
We will also cover the reordering of your next set of prescriptions so that is one less thing to worry about.
